1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and opaque.
4. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet with the shrimp and sauce. Stir in fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
